Action Potential

For over 30 years Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy has proudly contributed to the well being of the residents in the Las Vegas & Pahrump Valley area. We began in 1979 under Kelly G. Hawkins with one office. With the combined leadership of Bill Chynoweth, PT,  Jeffrey Hill, PT, and Berne Leavitt, PT we have grown to nine offices.

Kelly Hawkins proudly offers Aquatic Therapy services as an adjunct to our comprehensive land based therapy services.  Aquatic Therapy is an exceptional method for initiating the rehabilitation process much more quickly following an injury or surgery.

Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy is an expanding and dynamic outpatient physical therapy practice. We seek experienced, hardworking and innovative physical therapists to join our team.

Kelly Hawkins Physical Therapy provides custom orthotic fabrication for our patients.  Orthotics are designed to maintain "normal" foot position so that the foot can function properly.

An ergonomic assessment is an evaluation to determine if a work station is appropriately set up for an individual to be able to work at their most optimal level throughout the day. In addition to looking at the work station, our therapists review job tasks and how they are performed.

A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) consists of an evaluation which documents the patient’s current ability to perform work from a physical, medical, behavioral, and ergonomic perspective.

Kelly Hawkings Physical Therapy proudly provides sports specific training for Ultimate Fighting Champion (UFC) athletes.  We understand the physical demands of UFC competition and provide comprehensive training programs with proven results.
